The decision to review the structural status of basic information databases subject to Article 10 of the National Data and Information Management Law

In the continuation of examining the structural situation of the basic information bases, the subject of Article Ten (10) of the National Data and Information Management Law, while listening to the report of the information base of Iranians' well-being, he decided about the basic information bases.

The working group continued to review the structural status of the basic information databases subject to Article Ten (10) of the National Data and Information Management Law, while listening to the report of the Iranian Welfare Information Database, and decided regarding the basic information databases:

  1. During the necessary correspondence with the special representative of the president and the head of the presidential special inspection office, the necessary warning to the institutions in charge of the database that did not cooperate to provide the structure of the basic information database should be followed up.
  2. The approvals that have not been implemented by the responsible institutions or have not been made available to the beneficiaries at the National Information Exchange Center should be done through the special representative and the head of the President's Special Inspection Office and before the implementation of Article 9 of the National Data and Information Management Law.
  3. Extraordinary meetings of the working group to present the programs of the bases by the executive body in charge of each base in order to accelerate the completion and increase the quality of data and review the existing status of the bases should be held and a decision made in addition to the regular meetings.
