Establishing an integrated government cloud infrastructure is a crucial step toward modernizing governance. It requires strategic planning and investment in essential communication, information, security, and monitoring infrastructure. These infrastructures form the backbone of a cohesive, competent government within the national information network and demand collective utilization.

The National Portal for Smart Government, also recognized as "My Government," is a unified (one-stop) gateway to access various electronic services offered by Iran's government agencies. Developed by Iran's Information Technology Organization, this system aims to provide convenience and services to the general public while establishing a secure and dependable platform for electronic interactions between citizens and the government. In fact, The Smart Government National Portal is a secure and effective way to access online government services. In this system, services are directly provided in an inquiry format and through unit windows, making them available to users. By using this window, users can easily and confidently access various services based on their identity verification level.

Today, emerging technologies such as AI, IOT, quantum computing etc. are advancing so fast that if we do not take necessary actions faster to bridge the gaps, the digital divide will tear us apart very soon.
