In this year's budget law, the 13th government had set three specific tasks for executive bodies in order to develop electronic government. The 7th development plan has been presented to the parliament while it lacks a comprehensive and long-term plan for the coming years and only examines the issues that are currently on the government's table. If the purpose of the development plan is to determine the country's growth and development path in the next five years, the plan that is currently on the agenda of the parliament does not specify this path. In this program, there is a lack of long-term vision on the part of the programmers of the program. In the seventh development plan, it is mentioned that the share of the digital economy will reach 10%, for which no path has been determined, and this rate of growth is now included in the work plan of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for the next two years. If the 7th plan is supposed to clarify the development of the budget law in the coming years, this program has taken more than the example of the budget law in the current situation.
