According to the Budget Law of 1402, the Ministries of Petroleum and Eenergy were required to calculate the water, electricity and gas tariffs for the subscribers of the country, considering of the geographical regions of the country and the tariff of the subscribers based on the consumption pattern and size of the household.
Therefore, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, supporting organizations (welfare organization, Imam Khomeini Relief foundation, Shahid Foundation) and National Organization for Civil Registration organization were required to complete the database of users of water, electricity and gas branches in order to improve the consumption pattern.
