The decision to provide service to inquire about warriors and remove paper inquiries

Following the coordination of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and the cooperation of the Ministry of Defense and Support of the Armed Forces, it was decided to provide an inquiry service for combatants according to the definition contained in the strategic document of combatants and to eliminate paper inquiries (implementation of paragraph C, Note 7 of the Budget Law 1402 of the whole country):

1. The Ministry of Defense and Support of the Armed Forces, as the executive arm of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, should take action to provide a service called Combat Inquiry at the National Information Exchange Center. In this service, in the input of the national code and in the output, no means not including the person's combat and yes means being a combatant. If the answer is yes, two values of the number of days of presence at the front and the effective number of days of volunteering are returned.
2. According to the service provider, this service is available to all executive bodies and non-governmental public institutions and all institutions that provide services to this dear group based on the strategic document of warriors, according to the request of the warrior (applicant) to obtain service from the executive body. take
3. The Ministry of Defense and Support of the Armed Forces, through the national window of smart government services, should take action within one month to receive the request to review or modify the combat period of the people. Persons with a history of presence in the front, who do not have information in the mentioned base, can send their request to the Ministry of Defense through the national window.
4. With the approval of the Warriors Organization of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the certificate of combat will be visible in the citizenship folder of the window of the Smart Government Service Unit as requested by the applicant.
